ألجمال الأبديّ .. ! شعر : ( وليام شكسبير ) ترجمة : ( عمر غوراني)

 

 

 

 

 

Shall I compare thee to a summers day

أيقاسُ سحرُك بالرّبيع وسحرِه ِ؟

Shall I compare you to a summers day ؟ Thou art more lovely and more temperate:

أيقاس فان ٍ بالجمال الخالد ِ.. ؟

You are more lovely and more constant: Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May

, عزم الرياح ممزِّق لوروده ... قد زالَ بين ممزَّق ومبدَّد

Rough winds shake the beloved buds of May And summers lease hath all too short a date

: إنّ الربيعَ قصيرة ٌ أيّامـُه ُ تذوي الزّهورُ ، فلا يدومُ إلى الغد

And summer is far too short: Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,

والشّمس تسطع في نهار مُنعِش ٍ فيزول ذاك بحرّها المـُتزايد

.. ! At times the sun is too hot, And often is his gold complexion dimmd;

أو تختفي خلف الغيوم بحسنها وتغوصُ ما بينَ السّحابِ الأسود

! Or often goes behind the clouds; And every fair from fair sometime declines,

 

ما كلّ ذي حُسن سيبقى حسنه

 

And everything beautiful sometime will lose its beauty, By chance or natures changing course untrimmd;

 

أبدا ً ، ولا ذو الحسن بعدُ بخالد

 

! By misfortune or by natures planned out course. But thy eternal summer shall not fade

إلا ّ جمالك ، فهو يبقى خالد

 

But your youth shall not fade, Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;

 

أبد العصور على الزمان السرمد

 

Nor will you lose the beauty that you possess; Nor shall Death brag thou wanderst in his shade,

 


لم يزه ُ لحدٌ أن يضمّك للردى كلا ّ ، ولا حُسن ٌ كحسنك بالردي

 

Nor will death claim you for his own, . So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,

 

ولطالما عاش الأنام على المدى وعيونهم تتلو لما خطـّت يدي

 

So long as there are people on this earth, So long lives this and this gives life to thee.

فبقاء شعري خالد لا ينقضي وبذا بقاؤك في بقاء قصائدي

 

So long will this poem live on, making you immortal.
